My Jewish Learning
https://www.myjewishlearning.com/
A really useful resource with an enormous range of articles on every topic from arranging funerals to challa recipes to Jewish history. Very accessible without being patronising. Mostly very down-to-earth, and from a modern, ‘Conservative’ or ‘Progressive’ (rather than ultra-orthodox) perspective.

It says of itself “Anything you need to know from Anti-Semitism to Zionism”. Digitised articles from the Encyclopedia Judaica (2008 edition and updates).

theTorah.com
“Torah with Academic Biblical Scholarship.” Much more academic than the first few websites listed. Articles on each Parasha and on a wide range of topics, usually by recognised rabbis and university lecturers, and not necessarily restricted to ‘accepted’ views!
Open Siddur Project
“Publicly launched in 5769 (2009), the Open Siddur is a volunteer-driven, non-profit, non-denominational, and non-prescriptive community project growing a vast collection of digitized Jewish prayers, liturgies, and related works (historic and contemporary, familiar and obscure), composed in every era, region, and language Jews and related Israelites have ever prayed.”
RitualWell
“Ritualwell is the most extensive online resource curating original, progressive Jewish rituals.
We foster a supportive online community for those seeking to make Jewish practice their own.”
Sefaria
Unbelievably wonderful resource for Jewish texts. Enormous library which is still being developed. Takes a bit of practice to learn to navigate the site, but worth the effort and there are tutorials available too if you subscribe. In the Tanakh/Bible texts it is even possible to choose your preferred translation (I recommend JPS 2006 or later). Some of the other translations are by the ‘Sefaria community’ and not 100% reliable.
It is possible to copy & paste texts into a Word document, but then needs to be reformatted, which is also a bit of an acquired art.
